Concrete Maturity Monitoring Is Easier With COMMAND Center™ Concrete 4 App

The COMMAND Center™ Concrete Temperature and Maturity System is a product that concrete contractors use to estimate real-time strength gain of in-place, early-age concrete on the job site.  COMMAND Center measures and monitors concrete temperature, calculates maturity, and estimates strength during construction.  COMMAND Center, a division of The Transtec Group, recently released the COMMAND Center Concrete 4 app for iOS to make temperature and maturity monitoring easier than ever.

For years, the COMMAND Center Concrete app for iOS has been a valuable tool for concrete contractors, providing access to vital data on-the-go. With the release of the new COMMAND Center™ Concrete 4 App earlier this year, the already easy-to-use, reliable, and affordable system has become an even more powerful and flexible tool.

This latest version of the app comes with a host of new features designed to make concrete monitoring easier and more efficient than ever before. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s new in the COMMAND Center™ Concrete 4 App:

Generate temperature differential reports: The new app can now generate a temperature differential report right from a phone or tablet, making it easier than ever to track changes in temperature over time.  This feature is one of great benefit to contractors that use COMMAND Center for mass placements and cold weather concreting.  These customers are the largest group of COMAMAND Center customers.

Scan labels for adding sensors quickly to the app: Sensors are now labeled with a scan code, making it quick and easy to add sensors to a placement. The labels also include the sensor serial number and interval, to easily keep track of which sensors are which. This feature is a result of customer requests for an easier way to add new sensors in the field mid-project.

Improved organization and data entry: Sensors are now grouped in placements under projects, making it easier to keep track of all data. Projects can be shared with multiple users who then have immediate access to all the placements within that project.  This feature is a result of customer requests for additional sensor organization capabilities.

Improved updating process: Updating data from multiple sensors on multiple SRMs is now easier and more transparent than ever before. Multiple within-range sensors can be selected and updated at once, and the app offers guidance through the updating process with clear messaging.  This feature is the result of a need for a more intuitive data updating process than what users experienced in COMMAND Center Concrete 2 and 3.

In short, the new COMMAND Center™ Concrete 4 App is a must-have tool for any concrete professional looking to streamline their monitoring process. And with its user-friendly interface and powerful features, it’s never been easier to get the data you need, when you need it.
