Dr. George Chang is a world expert on pavement smoothness and intelligent compaction/construction technologies. His research, teaching, specification development, and software tools have helped make significant technological advancements in the above fields. Dr. Chang is the president and founder of the International Society for Intelligent Construction (ISIC) and leads the team that develops the industry-standard ProVAL software for pavement profile viewing and analysis and Veta geospatial software for intelligent construction data management.
